Committee Members Present: Marilyn Fenollosa (Chair), Jeanne Krieger (Co-Vice Chair),
Kathryn Roy (Co-Vice Chair), Kevin Beuttell, Robert Creech, Frederick DeAngelis, Paul Linton,
Mark Sandeen (arrived at 4:56 PM), Melinda Walker.
Administrative Assistant: Thomas Case
Absent: n/a
Other Attendees: Sandhya Beebee, Liaison, Capital Expenditures Committee; Andrea Jackson,
Recreation Committee; Vinita Verma, Liaison, Appropriation Committee (arrived at 4:32 PM).
Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 4:01 PM.
2025 Needs Assessment Report – The Committee discussed the 2025 Needs Assessment
Report. The Committee agreed to create an additional appendix on affordable housing and
relocate some subsections and paragraphs, including details on various town reports and
groups, in the Community Housing section to the appendix, in order to condense the section.
The Committee discussed members’ questions, clarifying information and details in the report.
The Committee discussed their plan for the Public Hearing and committee vote on the report,
scheduled for December 11.
Mr. DeAngelis left the meeting at 4:28 PM.
Minutes – The Committee discussed the 11-20-25 meeting minutes, making a correction to a
clerical typo. After a motion duly made and seconded, the Committee voted by a roll call vote
to approve the minutes as amended from the Public Meeting on 11-20-2025 (8-0).
After a motion duly made and seconded, the Committee voted by a roll call vote (8-0) to
adjourn at 4:58 PM.
