A meeting of the Lexington School Committee was held on Tuesday,
June 9, 1987 at 8:00 a.m. in the School Administration Building.
Present were: Koplow, Leader, Newman, Wik and Clough. Also present:
Barnes.
Members of the School Committee reviewed the presentations of the SUPERINTENDENT
Three applicants for the position of consultant for the new superin- SEARCH
tendent (Barbara Silver, Robert Fraser, Karl Plath) . The pros and
cons of each proposal were discussed in detail. Members of the School
Committee agreed that there should be some reference checking on each
of the individuals prior to any final decision on the appointment of
consultant for the superintendent search.

VOTED: to adjourn at 9:37 p.m. (Wik, Koplow, Unanimous)
