1. Approve minutes of11-5-18meeting
a. Beverly Montgomery motioned to approve the minutes Kinn Ryan seconded,
all members approved unanimously.
2. Mennber |nput
a. Community members are wondering about ameeting happening on
Wednesday. |nthe third grade there are alarge cohort ofstudents who are
struggling with being inclusive and flexible. For this reason, parents in third,
fourth, and fifth grade are invited toa meeting for a panel discussion totalk
specifically about how girls interact with girls. These grades were selected to
be invited because it seems most relevant in this age group.
b. There have been questions about the status onthe later start time. There
seems to be a large spread of information in regards towhether or not it is
happening and what the details will look like around that. Perhaps something
could goout in the bulletin clarifying start times and before school care.
i. Many METC(] parents and students are very concerned about how
this will affect after school programs they're participating in. One
suggestion istoexplore ifparents would bewilling tocreate a system
for driving students back into the city tocut down travel time.
3. Building Input
a. The building is wrapped around the outside while they pour concrete into
the building. Once this is completed you can start framing the inside of the
building and electrical and plumbing work can begin.
b. The new building is being built feet away from the current building. Site
council member reviewed the floor plan ofthe new building.

5. Stacey moves to adjourn the meeting, Kim Ryan seconded, all memebers agreed
unanimously.
