A meeting of the Lexington School Committee was held on Monday,
June 9, 1980 at 8:00 p.m. in the School Administration Building. Pre-
sent were Gaudet , Swanson, Michelman, Shaw, Brown. Also presnet
were Lawson, Maclnnes, Barnes.
It was
VOTED: to convene to executive session at 8:02 p.m. to discuss a
matter of possible suspension or termination of an employee.
(Michelman, yes; Gaudet , yes ; Swanson, yes ; Shaw, yes; Brown,
yes.
It was
VOTED: to return to public session at 11:07 p.m. (Michelman, Swanson,
Unanimous)
Mr. Maclnnes reviewed the details of a meeting with C.8 W. C & W
officials and Mr. Cohen, Town Counsel regarding C & W concerns CONTRACT
about their contract . It was the consensus of the committee that
Mr. Maclnnes work with Mr. Cohen to develop a separate letter of
agreement regarding contract questions.

VOTED: to adjourn at 11:117 p.m. (Michelman, Swanson, Unaimous)
