1.Approve January Minutes,Jackie Daley Angela made a motion to approve the January 2019
- Update on new parent rep. minutes.The motion was seconded and approved
- ELECTION to be held-PTA runs this unanimously.
week-Do we want to go with 11 on
the council,min. Number is 9 Jackie has recruited two new members to the Site
Council.She will reach out to these potential members
before our next meeting.
2. "Let's Chat"Update- Jackie Daley RSVP numbers are slowly growing for this month's"Let's
Lynne Griffin February 12th 6:30pm Chat."Jackie will share the event information with
Angela to pass along to PTA,for posting on their social
media pages.
The council discussed the importance of student safety
and the plans that are already in place.Jackie shared
her experiences as a member of the district safety team.
3.Challenge Success-Jackie Daley Plan:

3. Read,Create a synopsis for your section by
March 7th meeting.Goal for the synopsis:
What's a school-wide view/goal that is practical
for us at Harrington?
4.S.I.P Update Now through March-Generating Ideas
April/May-Write SIP
The document itself will grow and change over the next
few months.Some aspects of the current plan will
remain in place.Others need considerable revision and
refinement to match the current work in our building.
S. New Business The Blue Ribbon application has started and must be
submitted before the end of March.There is a team of
faculty members working on this project.
