Agenda Notes 1.Approve October Minutes,Jackie Daley Minutes were reviewed Rucha motioned to approved Shaun seconded the motion Minutes were approved. 2.Traffic Update,Jackie Daley Traffic update:Jackie has looked into this and involved the traffic safety groups in Lexington. 1. All schools went through traffic review 2. Harrington and CO did not go through this review 3. We requested a review to happen here and we are on the calendar-the Safe Routes Rep,Judy, Peter Row-School Rep 4. Please spread the word that we are currently working on traffic issues. S. We will have several meetings with parents- right at the end of the year or in September. 3. Review the 2018-19 SIP,Jackie Daley Edits: Took the word draft off of the SIP. We need to edit front page with name spelling In the future,we will look at the language of the goals. They should be measurable goals. School Site Council:One of their jobs is to develop the SIP with the school principal. District goals and school goals and educator goals should be in line with each other. Feedback/Comments-we need to add a column for "who is doing this"goal.Who is responsible to complete this goal? Goals need to be targeted and measurable. Last year we talked about how objectives could be shaped into goals. Dr.Hackett may give us a different structure to use. 4. Let's Chat-Update and Planning,Jackie Goal:Six"Let's Chats" before lune 2019 Daley Timing: Possible:once in the morning,once in the evening 1. (date)Social Emotional Learning-Lynne Griffin parent night 2. January"My First 90 Days"presentation, Meet the Principal,Jackie Daley- "New Year's Resolution" (morning and evening) 3. February-Reading Workshop Activity and follow-up 4. March-Math-How do I help my mathematicians with this work? S. April 6. May/June-Summer Academic Engagement, library, math, literacy Jackie will shape some titles and we will develop a flier and then develop some ways to get the information out. Make sure we share feedback with the larger community:Tweet it out during/after or Google Survey afterward. S. New business- 1.
