20/20 Vision Committee Meeting

Corcoran-Ronchetti, Fernando Quezada
The meeting was not called to order due to not having quorum
The minutes for the December 28, 2018 meeting were not approved
The meeting was primarily devoted to
■ Receiving an update of Enhancing Communication in Lexington
■ Discussing next steps for ECiL
■ Confirming the date for the Futures Panel event in 2020
Meeting Highlights
■ Mark presented on best practices and communities that ECiL has been researching
■ Methods to implement on surveying towns
■ Identifying key members of Town Leadership to get support in this effort
■ Establishing a timeline for ECiL's work to be finished
■ Margaret and Mark will meet with Jim Malloy and Sean Dugan to have a discussion about ECiL
on January 291h
From discussions,we formulated the following decisions and action items:
Decisions
■ The date of the Futures Forum is confirmed for April 9, 2020.
Action Items
■ Rajon will talk to Fernando to possibly change the date for next month's meeting to either
February 15th or March 1st.

■ Friday, February 22, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
Subsequent Meetings
■ Friday, March 29, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
■ Friday,April 26, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
