Sf4C'P'etari p 3 :tr 're TOWN OF LLXIT, JTONI a Mcrftaclrusellr "� S \,\ I l -gni 02173 H=STORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS This certificate is issued pursuant to Chapter 447 Acts of Massachusetts, 1956, as amended, to Robert J and Rosemarie H Schwartz withtespectto changes in the exterior architectural features and colors of the dwelling, as noted below, at 1355 Massachusetts Avenue , which is within the Munroe Tavern District The changes consist of the following 1. Replacement of the existing shutters on the front and two side elevations of the dwelling with wooden slat ( top and bottom) blinds, hung with standard hardware 2 . The color of the shingles on the elevations of the building is to be changed to a fern putty color The color of all blinds and doors shall be dark bottle green except that the front door may be Winthrop red, each of said colors to conform to the samples sub- mitted to the Commission at the hearing on June 18, 1969 .
