The sign is to be located on the southerly elevation of the building between the first and second windows at the westerly end of the eleva- tion with the sign being centered horizontally with the meeting rails of the two w—Lndocrs and centered vertically bets°seen the two windows . The sign is to bear the legend: "La Tienda '+Iexican Shop" in black letters painted on a. white plywood backboard . The exterior edges of the backboard are to be finished with a rabbeted molding approximately 1" and the dimensions of -the backboard, inclu- ding the molding, are to be not more than 50" in width and not more than 26" in height . There is to be a space between the top of the lettering and the top molding of 3" and a space between the bottom of the lettering and the bottom molding of 1," . The design, layout, style and dimensions of the lettering of the sign appear on a drawing submitted to the Commission at the adjourned hearing held on I.Iarch 18, 1969 . The first sign is to be located at the westerly end of the southerly elevation of the building immediately below the wood cornice above the covered walkway to said store . The sign may extend between the westerly end of the building and the westerly end of the high windovrs of the elevation but no portion of the sign shall extend over the said. windows . The wood backboard of the sign is to conform in style , design, height and detail of the ends to the existing sign bearing the legend.: "?,"acXeil insurance" on the same elevation . The sign is to bear the legend: "Arlex Auto School'' with,2norf=,t-5" more than 8' height and of the same style as those appearing on the aforesaid TTacDieil Insur- ance sign. The colors of the backboard and letters are to be ivory and maroon respectively to match the colors on the other signs on the building . Additional details of the sign appear on a scale dra-:iing by Vieene Signs, Somerville submitted to the Co=ission at the adjour- ned hearing on Trarch 18, 1969 except that the end detail of the back- board of the sign is to be as specified above and the length of the sign is to be not more than 14 ' . The second sign is to be located on the easterly face of the brick post at the westerly end of the same southerly elevation of the buil- ding with the bottom of the sign being not less than 4 ' above the entrance walk,.-ay . The sign is to bear the legend: "19A Arlex Auto School" painted on a wood backboard. The colors of the backboard and the letters are to be ivory and maroon to match the colors of the other suns on the building . The design, layout, style and dimensions of the lettering and backboard appear on the aforesaid drawing. The issuance of this Certificate does not constitute evidence of compliance with the Sign By-Law or any other By-Lac; of the Town of Lexington .
