Hearing was held at 7.30 =. "A. (as per notice appearing in Uinute-man
which Betty Flynn has)
Present were Wilbur U. Jaquith, Chairman, rhi.lip B. 'arsons, Secretary,
Ruth Bevan, George E. Graves and °:4ax H. Straw. Also present were Franklin Hudson
and S. Lawrence 'Whipple.
The chairman read the notice of hearing and the letter received from
Pam°. Arthur Herald, Agent, i'Iilliam E. ',,Whaley Company of Louisville, Kentuciccy dated
yecember 299 1969. Mr. Herald appeased in behalf of Rowe Chevrolet and :Richard
Zimmerman, and presented the co-mission with photographs and copies of the signs.
Many questions were asked ter. Herald, and the hearing was adjourned at 3.35 P.'-''.
Such discussion was had on this hearing, and it was agreed to £
meet on 7ednesdw , February 12, 196" at 7--30 in the Oelectmnl s Room to further
consider this applicatin.

submit her layout at the next meeting of
the co-;missicn on March 5, 1959 at 8,15 P.Y. The hearing was adjourned at 10.00
3-`r. and ' rs. Garber of Arlexk Auto School appeared before the commission
with regard to their proposed s-2ns to be used in connection. bTith their office
in the basement of t e Yti`cFaill 3ui_ding at 21 Depot Square. Hearing will be held
on F'iarch 5, 1959.
The Shell Station 7cas discussed, aid Lrs. Bevan stated that she felt that
there were too many pipes extending from the m of. These were not o

the chairman stated that bills have been received from Tuirats ':an Publications
mml in the amount of »%9.00 and Llizaosth . Flynn in the amount of "72.00 for services.
Motion was made econded and unrimimously voted, to pay these bills.
