Present were Mrs.Me rias , Messrs. Devito Howard, Parsons , Smith and Kettell. Due to a conflict in dates, Mr.Davie se d it would be necessary to change the date of the hearing on Mr.Walker's application from March 5th to March 6th He is to get in touch with Me,. Taylor on thio and Mrs .lhomas will see that the notice gets to the Minute -Van. If this chsnge and new plans or sketches are made , it was voted then to issue a -ertificate of Appr•opriatene .s. Therr, was then a diacub..ion of the fort of the Certificate of Appropriateness and Mr.emith will see about having these printed. It was decided that in ;,ending out otices for the hearing on Mr. Walker's application, to also send notices to the Samborskis, Davis ' , (=uinlans and Cray Nuns on Eliot Rd. as we 1 as those in the Munroe District. Mr.Howard then discussed the form to be sent to those people who have failed to make application for a Certificate of & propriateness and this form was approved. This form will he sent , together with a sheet of instructions for its use and a copy of the Act to any one A- 0 shou d have it The instruction sheet was discussed and some chn_nges made. The Perm of Application of Certificate of Appropriateness was also discussed and changes made here It was decided to not hive these forms printed but to have them mimeographed ( or ome similier form) .
