PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
MEETING OF NOVEMBER 5, 2018
A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room, was called to order at 7:01
p.m. by Chair Ginna Johnson with members Richard Canale, Charles Hornig, Nancy Corcoran-
Ronchetti, Bob Creech and planning staff David Kucharsky present.

55 & 56 Watertown Street (Belmont Country Club): Discuss Town meeting report:
The Board discussed changes to the draft report to Town Meeting with changes submitted by four
Board Members to staff. The Board reviewed the changes that were submitted to staff.
On a motion of Mr. Canale, seconded by Mr. Hornig, it was voted, 5-0, to adopt the Planning
Board’s recommendation report to Town Meeting as amended with further changes subject to
review by the Chair, Planning Director or other designees.
On a motion, duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 10:05 p.m.
