20/20 Vision Committee Meeting
November 30,2018

Members Present: Fernando Quezada,Joe Pato, Dan Krupka,Andrew Dixon, Margaret Coppe, Peter
Lee, Carroll Ann Bottino
Members Absent: Bhumip Khasnabish, Mark Manasas, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti,Alan Wrigley,
Kathleen Lenihan, Peter Enrich
Visitor(s):Jyotsna Kakullavarapu, George Burnell
The meeting was called order at 8:11 a.m.
The minutes for the October 26, 2018 meeting were approved
The meeting was primarily devoted to
■ Planning the Futures Panel and setting dates for the event.
■ Receiving the updates for the Comprehensive Plan.
From discussions,we formulated the following decisions and action items:
Decisions
■ Identify members who will serve on the working group for the Futures Panel
■ ECiL needs a co-chair to help run the subcommittee.
■ The Futures Panel tentative date is April 9, 2020 or April 16, 2020
Action Items
■ Rajon will reserve the next meeting dates from January to June of 2019
■ Rajon will review the previous minutes and notify the committee of the members of who
previously agreed to be a part of the Futures Panel working group.
■ Margaret will reach out Mark to get involved in ECiL,to continue the progress of the committee.
■ Fernando will check the availability and venues for the Futures Panel.
■ Fernando will send out an email to the committee regarding availability for the December 28th
meeting date.

■ Friday,January 25, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
■ Friday, February 22, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
