1. We handed out sweatshirts to those that ordered them. If you haven't brought in your
money please bring in $30 to the next meeting.
2. We debriefed our Thanksgiving Turkey Drive. Overall it went well even though there
some minor issues. All of the issues were quickly resolved.
3. We discussed our Cradles to Crayons event scheduled for January 2111 9:00 AM to 1:00
PM. Those who said they could come were, Summer, Madelyn, Hannah, Annika, Mike,
Skyler, Regina, Marylin, Ella, Alessia, Anthony, Bess, Cate, Andrew, Patrick and maybe
Maria. Mike, Cate and Patrick are 18 and will go in as adults.
4. We quickly went over our February Valentines Day Luncheon at the community center.
We will go to the community center to serve lunch at around 11:30 AM. The exact date
will be announced in the future. Anyone interested in going should get dismissed from
school that day.
5. We started to plan our Cotting School visit. We decided that it will take place some time
after April vacation. This is also an event that will take place during school, so anyone
interested would have to get signed out of school for the time period.
6. We discussed the Patriot's Day Parade. Last year we did not build a float and instead
rented a gold cart. If you want to build a float come in with an idea for one.
7. We talked about volunteering for the Lion's Club eye glass cleaning. We are going to
clean eyeglasses during one of our meetings at the community center. We will extend
the time of the meeting to 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The date of that meeting is to be
determined.
8. Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday,January 10, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the
