20/20 Vision Committee Meeting

Members Present: Fernando Quezada,Joe Pato, Kathleen Lenihan, Dan Krupka, Peter Enrich, Andrew
Dixon, Margaret Coppe, Peter Lee, Alan Wrigley, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti
Members Absent: Bhumip Khasnabish, Carroll Ann Bottino, Mark Manasas
Visitor(s): Dr.Julie Hackett,Jyotsna Kakullavarapu, George Burnell
The meeting started at 7:49 a.m.
The minutes for the September 28, 2018 meeting were approved
The meeting was primarily devoted to
■ Reviewing the plans,goals, and upcoming projects of the School Department with Lexington's
School Superintendent.
■ Receiving the update on Enhancing Communications in Lexington (ECiL) and obtaining interest
from the committee to see who may be interested in joining.
■ Receiving the update on the World Cafe event for the Comprehensive Plan.
From discussions,we formulated the following decisions and action items:
Decisions
■ Inviting the new Town Manager to the November or December meeting.
■ ECiL needs a co-chair to help run the subcommittee.
Action Items
■ 20/20 Vision Committee Members try to attend the next World Cafe session for the CompPlan
on behalf of the 20/20 Vision Committee on November 271H
■ Margaret and Peter Lee will to get involved in ECiL, pending the proper coordination of
schedules.
Next Meeting Date
■ Friday, November 30, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
Subsequent Meetings
■ Friday, December 28, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
