The administrative staff of the Recreation and Community Programs department recently
participated, with the support of Human Resources and UMASS Boston Collins Center for Public

edited and updated and an overall recommendation to create an Administrative Division with the
department.
The Recreation F 2020-FY2 2 5-Year Capital Plan was submitted back in mid-September and staff
reviewed it with the Town Manager Jim Malloy the first week of October. Staff will be presenting the

October/early November.
