20/20 Vision Committee Meeting
September 28,2018

Members Present:Joe Pato, Fernando Quezada, Kathleen Lenihan, Dan Krupka, Peter Enrich, Andrew
Dixon, Mark Manasas, Margaret Coppe
Members Absent: Bhumip Khasnabish, Carroll Ann Bottino, Peter Lee, Alan Wrigley, Nancy Ronchetti
Visitor(s):Jyotsna Kakullavarapu,Tracy Horn, Paolo Santi
The meeting started at 7:49 a.m.
The minutes for the July 27, 2018 and August 31, 2018 meeting were approved
The meeting was primarily devoted to
■ Reviewing the report of Enhancing Communication in Lexington.
■ Receiving updates for 20/20 Vision Committee webpage on the Town website.
■ Discussing long range planning and long term goals for the committee.
■ Identifying upcoming topics to add to the committees' scope.
From discussions,we formulated the following decisions and action items:
Decisions
■ Inviting the new Town Manager to the November or December meeting.
■ Set a working group for visioning the 2020 Observance.
■ Developing a working group to analyze core values for creating a strong sense of community in
Lexington.
Action Items
■ Fernando will attend the next World Cafe session for the CompPlan on behalf of the 20/20
Vision Committee.
■ Mark will reach out to Peter Lee to get him involved in ECiL.
■ Rajon will submit the 20/20 Vision Committee's section for Annual Town Report.
■ Rajon will submit the budget request for the Futures Forum for the FY2020 Budget process.
