MEMBERS PRESENT MEMBERS ABSENT OTHERS PRESENT Melinda Walker NONE Caileen Foley Nicholas Santosuosso Robert D. Peters Richard F. Perry Weidong Wang 2. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT A. Tree removal bid results One bid was received for the Federal tree removal and pruning project. The job was estimated to cost $125,000.00 to remove and prune approximately 100 trees. Mayer Tree Service Inc. submitted a bid for $73,774.00. We have worked with them in the past and were pleased with them. Some residents have concerns about the project. It has been explained that rotting trees pose a danger and should be removed. Upon a motion by Robert D. Peters and seconded by Richard F. Perry, the Board voted to accept the bid from Mayer Tree Service Inc. in the amount of$73,774.00 for the Federal tree removal and pruning project. The roll call vote was as follows: YEAS NAYS ABSTAIN ABSENT Melinda Walker NONE N ONE NONE Nicholas Santosuosso Robert D. Peters Richard F. Perry Weidong Wang B. FISH# 155100 req41 and change order The Vynebrooke Village paving project has begun. The total estimate for the project is $134,000.00. Site Improvements Inc. has requisitioned payment for their bond in the amount of$4,608.00. They have also issued a Change Order 41 in the amount of$15,926.00. As they were digging out the inner circle, it was discovered that there is approximately 8 inches of asphalt that needs to be removed. Typically, it is 3-4 inches, so this is double the amount to be removed and replaced. Upon a motion by Robert D. Peters and seconded by Richard F. Perry, the Board voted to approve Requisition 41 in the amount of$4,608.00 and Change Order 41 not to exceed the amount of$15,926.00 for FISH# 155100 from Site Improvements, Inc. The roll call vote was as follows: YEAS NAYS ABSTAIN ABSENT Melinda Walker NONE N ONE NONE Nicholas Santosuosso Richard F. Perry Robert D. Peters Weidong Wang C.
