Department of Public Works
The Lexington Board of Selectmen will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 26th at
7PM in Battin Hall, located at 1605 Massachusetts Avenue, to discuss automated recycling. The
current trash and recycling collection contract with E.L. Harvey & Sons, Inc. includes an option
for automated collection of(Single Stream)recyclables. A presentation will be made on how an
automated recyclin collection works. Residents will be able to ask questions and provide input.
