Awarded to Federal Concrete • Structural Steel Awarded to Norgate Metal Inc. • Insulation /Vapor Barrier for Concrete — under slab insulation and perimeter foundation wall insulation. Site improvements 201 BEDFORD STREET 9 LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 Construction Timeline Approval of this iGMP2 allows CM to award the concrete and steel immediately upon approval to secure contractors (manpower, materials, & equipment) for this summer's work as well as begin the submittal and approval process for materials. Seconded -APPROVED For the Maria Hastings Elementary School Project. Quick update for construction schedule. Groundbreaking 6/13 9:30am at school. Invitation and program. Listed members of PBC. Want to confirm everything listed correctly. WBI will be onsite in early June, working on permitting, take entire site once school is out. Concern about steel prices. SC. End of school the 22"d Hastings portion ends at 7:21 pm. 2. LCP Prosect— Donna DiNisco & Vivian Low(DiNisco Design), Donna's presentation discussed that a 75% cost estimate will be done around 4/15/18. The early site package was awarded to S & R Corporation. • Approval of Pre-Qualified Bidders— May 24, 2018 • Bid Set Goes Out - July 2, 2018. A.M. Fogerty (DiNisco) & Mariko Hall hired by TOL • Schematic Design & 75% Cost Design - November 7, 2018 • Updated Design Development w/Early Site Package 11/06/18 • Value added alternates come from PVC Roof and Zinc Wall Panel. The early site package came in at $1.4mil Note on ACM detected in existing building foundation, basement area. The recommendation of going 2 feet below footings is not required. Footings are pretty deep for fill. This reduction in depth will result in a savings. PBC Meeting 05.09.18 3 3. General & Other Business Jon H. recapped the Sustainability discussion from the 4/3/18 PBC Meeting. Policy& Procedure, implementing a Matrix and how it relates to executing projects was discussed. Feedback is needed and in a workshop format. Capital Expenditures Committee (CEC) representative asked where their involvement, if at all, would be needed. March 18th, 2018 PBC minutes reviewed.
