This is one of half-a-dozen substantial Colonial Revival houses built on Winthrop Road and interspersed among other turn-of-the-twentieth-century houses. Features include a hip roof with dormers and an allusion to a palladian window at the center of the second level in the form of a three-part window _ with wooden semicircular fan above.
