Distinctive features of this house include an oversize dormer, squat
palladian window filled with stained glass, panelled chimney, and broad porch.
HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE (Explain the role owners played in local or state

The house was built before 1894 by Warren R. Sherburne, a superintendent
of construction, who was the son of Warren Sherburne who built the house at
