Distinctive features of this house include an oversize dormer, squat palladian window filled with stained glass, panelled chimney, and broad porch. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE (Explain the role owners played in local or state history and how the building relates to the development of the community.) The house was built before 1894 by Warren R.
