ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE (Describe important architectural features and

Part of a community of contemporary homes designed and developed by an
architectural firm (see Moon Hill area form) , this house employed a "big shell"
concept, in which partitions could be built as needed.
HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE (Explain the role owners played in local or state
history and how the building relates to the development of the community.)
This house was designed by Benjamin Thompson, one of the original members
of The Architects Collaborative (TAC) , as his own residence (see Moon Hill area
form) . The Thompson family still lives in the house.
