(Staple additional sheets here) ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE (Describe important architectural features and evaluate in terms of other buildings within the community.) Part of a community of contemporary homes designed and developed by an architectural firm, this house, like its neighbors, is an example of the International Style and has similar exterior finishes (see Moon Hill area form) . This house is based on a split-level plan. On the same level as the entrance is an open kitchen/ .. dining/living wing; the bedrooms are a half level up in another wing; below them, and a half level down from the entry, is a playroom lighted by above-grade windows. The two wings form an "L," creating an outdoor terrace. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE (Explain the role owners played in local or state history and how the building relates to the development of the community.) This house was designed as their residence by Norman and Jean Bodman Fletcher, two of the original members of The Architects Collaborative (TAC) (see Moon Hill area form) .
