HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE:
The 1853 map indicates that this house was then occupied by Charles Hudson. Mrs. C. Hudson is shown as the owner on
the 1889 map. Miss Mary Hudson was living here in 1894 and was still in residence in 1913. Waldo and Marcia Glidden
owned and occupied the house by 1915 and were still here in 1942. He worked as a banker in Boston. Later owned by
Boyer until 1959 andby Basso from 1960 to 1965.
Joseph Nye has owned the property since 1965.
