Ed Worthen says this is a B rown house (cf E 10) (not on Hales 1830 map. window
detail like=Brigham.house,P.P. Pierce house- both also after 1830.) Door with
fluted columnettes, sidelights, recessed side panels carved, inverse curve corners,
wooden fanlight effecover door. Surround at facade has fluted pilasters with
Ionic capitols. Flattened arch over w.wooden keystone. Ell to rear right, also
granite. Abandoned granite doorstep by main block next to ell (with wrought iron
footscraper) Later porch toleft._. Two chimneys at rear eave line , .windows- 6 x 6;
triple windows center over door>and both stories tend to street.
