This was the home of Charles A. Cununings, a milk dealer, fron, about 1913
until his death in 1957. lir. Cummings operated his milk dealership from the
barn in the rear of his residence. The house and the barn were acquired by
Robert Tillinghast in the 1970s and converted to apartments and condominiums,
respectively.
