ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE
This house is almost identical in design to the house at 6 Upland Road
built speculatively by Abram C.Washburn, local builder, just before 1906.
Washburn may well have used the same design again to build this house on
speculation, although his ownership has not been documented.
