ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE
This building is nearly identical in design to its neighbor at 18-20
Forest Street. It retains, however, finials on the balustrade above its porch.
The porch is one bay shorter than that of 18-20 Forest Street.

surrounding stained-glass square 1st floor; oval stained-glass 2nd. floor
stair window; bowling pin finials 2nd floor porch. Side bay window 2-story
(chamfered lst floor, squafed 2nd floor) - cut off corners under 2nd floor
bay, with bracket and pendant trim.Brackets under 2nd floor roof overhang
above porch. Two windows third floor front smaller brackets above.
