(Staple additional sheets here) ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE (Describe important architectural features and evaluate in terms of other buildings within the community.) _ Part of Five Fields, a community of contemporary houses designed by The Architects Collaborative (TAC) , this house is distinguished, first, because it incorporates part of and is sited next to the foundation of the Cutler barn (see 503 Concord Avenue form and sketch map below) . This house is also distinctive - in that it was designed to be built as a prefab: the components were made in Framingham, trucked in, and the house was framed in a day. The house is designed in two parts separated by an interior courtyard: a bedroom area at the front (street) end and living/dining and kitchen at the back. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE (Explain the role owners played in local or state history and how the building relates to the development of the community.)
