Staff. Ralph Pecora, Water/Sewer Superintendent, Beth LeBlanc, Utility Billing.
8:00 am Call meeting to order
Mr. Wood called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.
• Review for approval Minutes of the Meetings from July 19, 2018
After review and discussion, it was moved by Mr. Wood, seconded by Mr. Osten and voted unani-
mously to amend the Minutes of the July 19, 2018 meeting with respect to abatement calculations
for irrigation accounts as follows: "Irrigation accounts may be eligible for relief if evidence of leak or
repair is provided, and the current usage is more than 50% over the average usage of the past three bills.
Usage over 50% will be calculated at wholesale rates for water only."

Street, 443 Massachusetts Avenue, 1770 Massachusetts Avenue, and 125 Worthen Road 43 which were
tabled.
