20/20 Vision Committee Meeting
June 29,2018

Members Present: Dan Krupka,Joe Pato, Margaret Coppe, Fernando Quezada,Andrew Dixon
Members Absent: Bhumip Khasnabish, Carroll Ann Bottino, Peter Lee, Kathleen Lenihan,Alan Wrigley,
Peter Enrich, Mark Manasas, Ginna Johnson
Visitor(s): Marian Cohen, Richard Canale, Grant Carrow
The meeting was called to order at 7:50 a.m.
The minutes for May 25, 2018 were not approved due to not having quorum.
The meeting was primarily devoted to
■ Receiving updates on citizen input from the Comprehensive Plan with Richard Canale.
■ Receiving updates on the Communication Subcommittee with supporting information from
Rajon provided by Mark.
■ Receiving updates and discussion on the January 2020 observance with supporting information
from Marian as well.
From discussions,we formulated the following decisions and action items:
Decisions
■ Schedule a meeting with CompPlan Advisory Group and include Marian as well.
■ Invite Carl Valente to the next 20/20 Vision Committee meeting.
Action Items
■ Rajon will submit the committees'goals from Board of Selectmen Goal Setting to the rest of the
committee.
■ Rajon will submit to the Town Clerk the Subcommittee on Demographics working documents.

■ Friday,August 31, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
Subsequent Meetings
■ Friday, September 28, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
■ Friday, October 26, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
■ Friday, November 30, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
