20/20 Vision Committee Meeting
May 25,2018

Members Present: Dan Krupka,Joe Pato, Margaret Coppe, Mark Manasas, Ginna Johnson, Fernando
Quezada, Kathleen Lenihan,Alan Wrigley, Peter Enrich
Members Absent: Bhumip Khasnabish, Carroll Ann Bottino, Peter Lee, Andrew Dixon
Visitor(s):Tracy Horn
The meeting was called to order at 7:50 a.m.
The minutes for April 27, 2018 were approved.
The meeting was primarily devoted to
■ Developing the 20/20 Vision Committees'goals to submit for the Board of Selectmen's Annual
Goal Setting.
■ Discussing concepts and themes for the January 2020 observance.
■ Receiving updates on the Communication Subcommittee.
From discussions,we formulated the following decisions and action items:
Decisions
■ A working group for the January 2020 Observance was formed, and consists of Dan,Alan, Peter,
Fernando, and Tracy.
■ Possibly invite Carl Valente to a 20/20 Vision Committee meeting before he retires.
Action Items
■ Fernando will submit the committees'goals to the Board of Selectmen.
■ Peter will do a write up for the public information portion of the goal submission.
■ Dan will do a write up for the community development portion of the goal submission.

■ Friday,June 29, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
Subsequent Meetings
■ Friday,July 27, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
■ Friday,August 31, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room
