Hopkins and Steve Politi, Associate Commissioners Sara Chase and Eleanor MacQueen.
PETITIONS HEARD
73 Waltham Street—(Bell Atlantic) - Jacques Fauteux and Rick Silvia presented plans for an
extension of the fire escape, removal of a door and work on the roof penthouse. The hearing was
continued to allow the commissioners to view samples of the replacement brick and to allow the
petitioners to provide more details and specifications on materials.
21 Hancock Street—Mary Knuth received approval of replacement windows for the attic

6 Bruce Road—Anne Nuss presented plans for the conversion of a screen porch into a four-
season room as well as an expansion of a deck. The heanng w as continued to allow the
petitioner to return with details about the deck and photos of the house.
1707 Massachusetts Avenue—(Colonial Shoe Repair)—Levon Moumdjian of Custom Signs and
Krikor Papazian sought approval of two signs. The hearing was continued as more detail was
needed.
7 Denot Square—(Learning Express)—Tom Patel presented plans for two signs. They were
approved as modified. Certificate 99C-02

Phones)—Terry Courtney will be replacing pay phone enclosures with traditional models if an
agreement can be worked out with the Town. Certificate 99C-03
10 Woburn Street— (Gingerbread Construction Company) —John D'Orsi requested the hearing
be continued
