District.. Mr. Jaquith, read the legal notice and letter requesting this '

to be used were: presented. Following discussion, the hearing was closed at ;a

Mr. Jaquith stated that on July i~th Petrie Realty Trust was scheduled
for a hearing with respect to the addition of a window at 19 3edford Street
and also on July 14th a hearing was scheduled on the application .ot'. The Old
Le_~cing'ton Restaurant, Ind.. with respect to changes in the store front and
erection of signs at ],733 Massachusetts qve»ue, Mr, Jaquith submitted two
drawings of proposed changes for the: restaurant and diseussian followed.

for Tuesday, July 27th, regardi:.ng the Minute Man Park Realty Trust's p$o=
posed building for the former Central Block area and that, since the Com-
mission had received an application for a hearing,, this wculd tae schedu~.ed
for July 28, 1971.. .It wa.s decided to schedule three h®arin~s for Thursday,
