An ad3ourned hearing was held at 5:30 P.M. on the application.. of the
Manhattan Builders, Inc." f6r, a Cef~tif`iFate .yi.th; respect to the erection of
a building at 17 Waltham Stxeet; which is wittii~t the Battle Eireen District.
Mr. Jaquith submitted three sets oY scale drawings of the proposed building
acid plot plans to the Coamsssion.. Rollcating brief dl.scussion,,, it was moved,
seconded, and unanimously VOTED to issue a Certificate'ot' Appropriateness
to .Manhattan Builders,. Inn. Participating in this decision were Commis-
signers Wilbur H. Jaquith, Philip B. T?ars®ns., ffeorge;E. Graves, Donald J.'
Shaw, and Georgia Ii. Williams.
