3ecretarys Georgs E. Graves= Donald J. Shaw= and Georgia H. W]11ams.
An ad3ourned hearing an the application of Grag Qr, arid. LaRue Howell ,
Henry for a Certificate of Appropriateness with respect to the isustalla-
tion of a driverxay Por the dxeL].ing at ii Hanoock Street, xhioh is within
the Hancock-Clarke Districts was held at '7:45 P:M. B'oll.awing discussion
with Mr. iienryi the hearing was,closed at $t30 P.M. .
A mseting wsa held at 8x3$ P.M. with Mr. Thomas Webster, member of
the Prudential Committee of .Hancock IInited Church of Christ, with respect
to the landscaping oP the split cedar fenoe between the Chnroh property

An adjourned hearing was held at 4j 1O;P.M. with rr®spegt to the ap-

Air. Jaquith subnd:tted three, seta ~of., plans and stated, flat he had talked
with Walter J. Aspinwall, Enginegr, who had s,ttsnded tip hear3:ng en April
21st and that during the oonversatvn he had mentioned the 1'ance whioh
had been erected on tine property without issuance•oF a.Certificats. Fo1-
lowing discussion, it was decided by the members of the eomot3:ssivn that
the Commission would not approve erection of. the fire escape".above the

Mr. Jaquith stated that tiro applications for Certificates had b®en
received and that hearings for these would be scheduled for Jane 2rsi.

Waltham 3trest, The ether application is from Harold L and Ella Brehia
for a Certificate for the erection of a masonry and brick retaining wall
