Hearing woks hold at 7:30 P.M. on the application of Prod:mio B. and Marjorie Si Johnson with rssp*ot to a Por*it for Demolition or Removal of the front portion of the existing retail automobile servie* station building and related automobile service station facilities on the promises at 39 Redford Street, their application for a Certificate of Appeopriatenoss for the sreotion of a new retail autostobila &orris* station building sad rem luted automobile service station facilities on said premises and their ay- pxleation for Certifioat* of Appropriateness for the erection and display of signs ineluidiug a free standing sign for said building an said premises, which is within the Settle Orson District. The Chairmen read the lotto, of application and the netts* of hearing. The applicant, Mr. Johnson, was accompanied by Prederiok J. The applicant will submit a latter of applisatian for **id hearing. At 10:30 P.M. adjourned hearing was !held on the application of Robert O. Tillinghast with rsspest to the restoration and alteration of property loostod at 465-475 Msssaotmsetts Avenue which is within the Bast Village Matelot. Mr. Tillinghast submitted seal* drawings of a proposed third dwelling on the premises. The applicant will be present at the neat meeting night to present these in detail.
