to the erection and display of a free standing sign for the new and
altered building referred to in Certificate of Appropriateness No.

scale drawings previously submitted were studied by the Commission.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED to issue
a Certificate to the applicant upon receipt of more detailed scale
drawings of this particular sign. No other persons having appeared,
the hearing was closed at 8:10 P.M.
At 8:15 P.M. Mr. David Pierce, General Manager of the Battle
