Tha'Historic Districts Commission mot at the time and plae•
specified in the public notice of hearing on the application for a
Certificate of Appropriateness by the Lexington Sister City Cem-
mittaa with respect to the erection and display of a sign on the
promises at 13 Depot Square, which is within the Battle Green District.

The Chairman road the letter of application and the netiee of
hearing. Mesdames Crothers and masters appeared in behalf •f the
Committee. Mra. Crothers presented drawings •f the sign and phats-
graphs of its proposed lacatian. Since, new, a standing sign was
being cansiderod the Chairman advised Mrs. Crathors t• check with
the Building Inspector and requested her to return at 8:45 P.l. t•

hearing. will be held on March 26. The plans ha submitted to the Com-
