chimney are to be constructed of well-cleaned, used, red common
brick and the chimney is to have a brick cap. All windows of the
dwelling and garage are to be of wood and are to have wood muntins,
except that the lavatory window on the first floor of the front
elevation is to be a leaded window and the basement windows may
have aluminum frames . The sliding doors on the first floor of the
rear elevation are to be of wood and are to have wood muntins. The
driveway may be blacktopped. No more of the foundation walls are to
be exposed than is shown on said drawings and the walls are to be
left in their natural concrete state. The colors of all woodwork
and downspouts are to be submitted to the Commission for approval
prior to application. Lights for the front entrance and garage may
be installed provided that the style, type and location of the fix-
tures are approved by the Commission prior to installation.
