M, on ~F®dnesday, July 13, 19bb, in the Teem 1lcceuntant's ~®m for the purpose ®f electing a chairman of the commission. Present were Wilbur M. Jaquith, Philip B. ParsAns, Secretary, Ruth G. Bevan, ~~ax H, Straw and Associate Cemmissi®ner Carl E. Bryant. Upon motion duly made and secorxied, it was unanimously nOPID that Ruth G. Bevan be Chairman Pro Tampere for the meeting. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTID that Y~ilbur M. Jaquith be elected Chairman of the Rist®ric Districts Csmmission. Mr. Jaquith assumed the office of chairman and presided for the remainder of the meeting. There was discussion regarding a set of rules an3 regulations f©r the commission. Yr. Straw stated that h® and Donald B. White ware working ®n this. It was agreed that this matter would be taken up at a future date. fir. Jaquith stated that he had appeared at the adjouxned meeting ®n t he hearing of the To~vrn's applicati®n for a certificate of appropriateness at 8s00 P.~. on June 29, 196b, and in the absence of a qu®rum adjourned the meeting until Wednesday, July 27, 1966. It was noted that the town furnish the commission with a latter extending the time for action on this application until July 29, 1966. The next meeting of the commissi®n will be held on Thursday, August 1~, 1966. The ameting was adjourned at 9slt ~ Philip B. rarsons Secretary •
