Sullivan, doing business as Colonial Coffe® Houses far a certificate of appropriateness of a sign to b e erected on the premises a t 29 Depot 3quare~ which is within t he Battle C~reea District, Appearing on behalf of the applicant was Yr. Leach an architect from the office of Charles H. Cole, 14r. Leach ahoxed the ccrosmiasion a full aise la9out of the proposed sign. There was much discussion on the lettering to be used in this sign and questions were asl~d. It was agreed that Mr. Leach discuss the proposed sign with hrs.
