Present were Donald R. Grant, Chairman, Philip B. Parsons, Secretary, George E. Graves, Ruth Bevan and Wilbur M. daquith. The chairman read the letter of application dated November 18, 1963. Present in behalf of theapglication was Mr. Mark Moore, a member of the Board of Directors of Lexington Trust Compax~• ?he comaeission members view~ad the three photographs sutwaitted with the application and asked Mr. Moore various questions.
