Putsuant to the decision made at the meeting on February
27, 1963, a further meeting of the commission was held at 7:30
P. M. on 'Tuesday, March 12, 1963, to give further consideration
to the application of John F. MacNeil, Trustee of the Liberty
Realty Trust, for a certificate of appropriateness for a proposed
second story on the building at 19 Depot Square, which is within
the Battle Green District.
Present were Donald R. Grant, Chairman, Philip B . Parsons,
Secretary, Ruth Bevan and Associate Commissioners Carl E. Bryant
and Ralph A. Burnham.
Also present were C. Harry Erickson and John E macNeil.
Mr. Erickson showed the commission new scale drawings of the
proposed second floor of the existing building. The commission
members asked Mr. Erickson and Mr. maeNeil various questions.
On motion made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED
to grant to John F. MacNeil, Trustee of the Liberty Malty Trust
a certificate of appropriateness for the erection of a second
tloor en the existing building at 19 Depot uare, which is within
the 'Battle Green District.
The meeting was adjourned
at 8: 30 P. M.
