M. on 'Tuesday, March 12, 1963, to give further consideration to the application of John F. MacNeil, Trustee of the Liberty Realty Trust, for a certificate of appropriateness for a proposed second story on the building ~.t 19 Depot Square, which is ti,*ithin the Battle Green District. Present were Donald R. Grant, Uhairman, Philip B. Parsons, Secretary, Ruth Bevan and Associate Commissioners Carl B. Bryant and Ralph A. Burnham. Also present were C. Barry Erickson and John E ~`1acNeil. Mr. Erickson showed the commission new scale drawings of the prop~~ed second floor of the existing building. 1'he comm~.ssion members asked Mr. Erickson anal Mr. MacNeil various questions. 0n motion made and seconded, it was unanimously VOTED to grant to John P'. MacNeil, Trustee of the Liberty 1~alty Trust a certificate of appropriateness for the erection of a second 1'1QGr pn the existing building at 19 Depot ~,uare, which is within the Battle Greau District.
