Heariny was held at 8:30 P. M. on the application of First Parish
Church (Unitarian) for a certificate of appropriateness as to the continued
display of the existing signs at 1 Ha_rington Road and 7 Harrington t
which is 1.ithin the Battle Green District.

On motion made and duly seconded, it was unanimously VOTED to grant
to r"irst Parish Church (Unitarian) for the continued display of the seven
signs as indicated in the certificate of appropriateness.
Hearing was held at 3 :45 P. M. on the application of Harry N. Garrett
for a certificate of appropriateness to erect a dwelling on Tavern Lane,
Lexington, which is within the .Munroe Tavern District.
The chairman read the published notice and the Letter of application.
Mr. Garrett appeared in his own behalf in favor of the application. the
chairman indicated that on October J, 79 the architect fund it necessary
to ch' nn'e the plans of tha proposed dwelling in view of the fact of
grading problem. New blue prints had been made, end thp on change

submitted to the commission at the hearing.
The chairman indicated that he had received en a;:nlicotion from Nathan

Hearing will be held on lednesday, November 2, 1960.
