A meeting of the Historic Districts Commission was held
Tuesday, Feb. 10,1959 at 7 :30 P.M. in the First Floor
Conference Roam, Cary Memorial Building for the purpose
of electing officers for the following year. Present
were Commissioners Charles G.Davis, Chairman, Philip B.
Parsons, Edwin B.Worthen, Jr. Floyd J.Taylor and Dexter
A.Smith. The following officers were elected:
Dexter A.S'mith, Chairman
Philip B.Parsons, Secretary.
Floyd J.Taylor, Secretary
