MEETING OF APRIL 29, 1987
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office
Building, was called to order at 7:17 p.m* by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig, with
members Klauminzer, Sorensen, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, and Assistant
Planner Rawski present.

SUBDIVISION OF LAND
133. 191 Spring Street, Fuller's Hill Subdivision: The Board reviewed a
draft decision on the preliminary plan, dated April 27, 1987. On the motion
of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Wood, it was voted unanimously to approve
the preliminary plan and the decision, as written.

134. Article 43: The Board reviewed a draft amendment, dealing with
dimensional controls, proposed as a new paragraph at the end of Part F,
(attached). Mr. Sorensen expressed the opinion that the amendment
conflicted with the statute, because a special permit should be required for
any reconstruction of a structure that is non -conforming in either use or
structure.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:54 p.m.
