MEETING OF JANUARY 15, 1987
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in the Selectmen's Meeting Room,
Town Office Building was called to order at 7:50 p.m. by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig,
with members Cripps, Klauminzer, Sorensen, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer,
Assistant Planner Rawski, and Secretary Peters present.
******************* ARTICLES FOR 1987 TOWN MEETING *****************************
14. PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT
The Planning Board conducted a public hearing as required by Chapter 40A, on the
following proposed amendment to the Zoning By -Law:
Comprehensive Commercial Revision.
At 10:08 p.m. the hearing was recessed until February 23, 1987.
PLANNING BOARD ORGANIZATION
15. Housing Advisory Committee: On the motion of Mrs. Klauminzer, seconded by
Mrs. Wood, it was voted unanimously to appoint the following persons to serve on
the Housing Advisory Committee for a term of two years:

Elizabeth Flemings, Eleanor Klauminzer, Joel Adler, Tina Dirks, William Hays,
Thomas Coffman, Gregory Byrne, William Spencer, Eric Clarke and Edmund Grant.
On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted unanimously to
dissolve the following Planning Board Committees:
CB Parking Study Committee
The Central Business District Sub -Committee,
The Housing Master Plan Committee,
Planning Board's Select Committee on Ch. 808 Zoning,
Sub -Committee on Submission Requirements for RD and CD Rezoning Proposals,
Sub -Committee on Subdivision Rules and Regulations and
The Zoning By -Law Revision Advisory Committee
These committees have been inactive for several years. This formal vote to
dissolve clears up the Town Clerk's records.

16. Planning Board, Subcommittees:
a. Chamber of Commerce: Mrs. Uhrig announced the Planning Board has been
invited to meet with the Chamber of Commerce to discuss the Board's zoning
amendments for Town Meeting on January 22, 1987 at 7:30 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 10:21 p.m.
