MEETING OF FEBRUARY 24, 1986
The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Estabrook Hall, Cary Mem-
orial Hall, was called to order at 7:45 p.m., by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig, with
members Cripps, Smith, Sorensen, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, Assistant Plan-
ner Rawski and Secretary Peters present.
PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENTS
The Board conducted a public hearing as required by Chapter 40A, on the following
proposed amendments to the Zoning By -Law:
Article 40: Technical Corrections
Article 41: Adjustments: Residential Development
Article 42: Adjustments: Parking
Article 43: Non -conforming Dwelling
Article 44: Dwelling Conversion, Congregate
Article 45: Building Height
Article 46: Satellite Antennas
The hearings were concluded at 10:40 P.M.

PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW
58. Form A/86-5, 509 Bedford Street: Ms. Rawski presented a plan showing the
division of one lot into three lots, all having the required frontage and acre-
age for the district in which they are located. On the motion of Mrs. Smith,
seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted uanimously:
to endorse the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass., dated
December 27, 1985, by Robert E. Anderson, Inc. certified by Erich W.
Nitzsche, Registered Land Surveyor, with application form A/86-7, as it does
not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law.
SUBDIVISION OF LAND
59. 188 Lowell Street, McNeil and Associates: The Board reviewed a letter from
McNeil and Associates, dated Februar--y-T19-,-T9-96, requesting an extension of time
for action by the Board on the preliminary subdivision at that address until
April 30, 1986. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mr. Cripps it was
voted unanimously to grant the extension of time, as requested.

60. Katandin Woods. The Board agreed to divide the Planning Board report among
its members for presentation at the continued Board of Appeals hearing on the
BIDC Comprehensive Permit application on February 27, 1986. On the motion of
Mrs. Smith, seconded by Mr. Cripps, it was voted unanimously to transmit to the
Board of Appeals the two reports entitled: "Report on the Application for a
Comprehensive Permit re: Boston Investment and Development Corporation,
Katandin Woods, Wood Street/Hartwell Ave.", and "Zoning and Site Development
Analysis on the Application for a Comprehensive Permit re: Boston Investment and
Development Corporation Katandin Woods, Wood Street/Hartwell Ave." as the
Planning Board's report and recommendations on the application.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:55 p.m.
